Skip question won't get uploaded

1.Skip questions are questions, which are listed out by system due to mistakes in question format or improper question format.

2.User can also Skip question.To Manually Skip questions.

3.Click on "Skip question" button while question upload.

Questions will be moved in Skip question tab-in question upload.
