There are 2 Ways to add new Teacher in Branch. If You want to add multiple system generated teacher accounts then select "Add in Bulk " and if you want to add already registered user account as Teacher then select "Search and add"option.
Way 1:
To Create multiple System Generated Teacher " Add in Bulk" option is available
To add Teacher in bulk for selected branch-
1.Login as Branch Head.
2.Click on "Manage Teacher Account"
3.Select "Add New Teachers" Tab
4.Click on "Add in Bulk" Link
5.Maximum 5 Teachers can be created at a time.You can add more if you want by adding them again.
Selected number of Teachers will be added with Default Username and Password
Way 2:
In "Search and add" you can search any user registered for that institute by "First Name,Last Name,User Id,Mobile No" and convert user as Teacher for particular branch.
1.Login as Branch Head.
2.Click on "Management". now Click on "Manage Teacher Account Tab".
3.Click on "Add New" tab.
4.Click On "Search and Add" link.
5.Enter First Name,Last Name,User Id,Mobile No of the user which is to be converted as Teacher for selected branch.
6. Search result will appear.Click on " Convert To Teacher" button.
User Will be Converted to Teacher.

- Teacher does all the task for their branch but the control is kept with Branch head.
- Branch head can anytime login as teacher and do/check all the activities done by teacher.
- Institute level settings and creation of branch head accounts are the Role of Institute Head.
- Institute head has access to all the branches as Branch Head, Teacher as well as Student.
