Only Teacher Can add Test series. If Institute Head and Branch Head want to add test then they have to login as Teacher.
Steps to add New Test Series
1.Login as Teacher .
2.Click on "MULTI CHOICE QUESTIONNAIRE".
3.Now Click on "Create and manage Test on above question Bank".
4.Select "Add Test Series" Tab .
5.Enter Test name .
6.Select Start Date (Date at which Test series will be available to student)and End date(Last date of test on which student can give Test) .
7.Select Test Location(Web : Test can be attended only through Web browser,Mobile: Test can be attended only with mobile app,Both: Test will be available on both web browser and mobile app)
8.Select Test type.(Fixed/Random) .
8.1 If You want to select advance settings for Test then Click on "Show Advanced Options" link.
9.Select Review Date(Date at which student will be allowed to view solved test Questions, and student can view correct answers)
10.Select password for Test(Default:No password,Common Password: Teacher will provide Password to student,Individual Password: System Generated Unique Passwords will be assigned to each student)
11.set Negative Marking for Test by selecting Checkbox. now Enter Negative Percentages.
12.Select Division for which you want to create test.
13.if you want to show marks obtain by student Immediately then select checkbox.
14.Click on "Next" Button.
15.If Test You Have Selected Test type as Random,then
15.1. Select Subject on which you want to create Test
15.2. If you want to create test on Topic
15.2.1.Select Topic on which you want to create Test.
15.2.2.If Subject has Subtopic/s and you want to create test on subtopic then select Subtopic.
16.Enter No of questions count.
17.If you Want to add more subjects /topics/ subtopics then follow same Procedure as 15 & 16.
18.If you want to remove any Subject/topic/Subtopic then click on "Remove this Selection "Button.
19.If you Have Selected Test type as Fixed,then
19.1. Click On link "Click Here to select Question for Test"
19.2. Select Subject on which you want to create Test
19.3. If you want to create test on Topic
19.2.1.Select Topic on which you want to create Test.
19.2.2.If Subject has Subtopic/s and you want to create test on subtopic then select Subtopic.
20.Select Marks ( to Select Mark wise Questions ,Default : Select All)
21.Now Click on "Generate Question" Button.
22. All Questions from selected filter will be displayed on Screen.You Can add these Question "One by One" by Clicking the button "Add This Question"
23. You can view added Questions by Clicking the link "View Added Questions".
24.If you Want to remove particular question then click on "Delete" button.
25.If you want to edit marks of Particular question for Test then Enter Marks in Mark Field present for each Question.
26.Now For Adding Test Time for Fixed/Random Test.
26.1. Enter Test Time In Minutes
26.2.Enter Passing Criteria For Test in Marks or In Percentage(%)
27.Click On "Save Test" button.
Test will get added to Available Test Tab.
