1.Login as Branch Head / Teacher

2.Click On "Manage Feedback".

3.Click On "Add Feedback" Tab.

4.Enter Feedback Name.

5.Select Start Date (Date at which Feedback will be Available to student) and End date(Last Date of Feedback on which student will be allowed to give feedback) for Feedback.

6.Select Branch and Division.(With this only selected branch/division students can participate in feedback Process)

7.Select "Yes" (if you want to keep All the feedback questions compulsory to the student) or Select "No" (if you don't want to keep All the feedback questions compulsory to the student).

8.select the check Box if you want to Allow students to give comments to respective teacher.

9.Click on "Next" button.

10.Select Teacher and Subject from Existing List by selecting Check box Or If you want to add New teacher and New Subject then 10.1.Enter Teacher name

10.2.Subject Name and Click on "Add" button.

now Select Check Box of newly added Teacher.

11.Click On "Next" button.

12.Select Question from Existing List by selecting Check box Or If you want to add new Question then

12.1.Enter your Question

12.2. Click on "Add Question" button.now Select Check Box of newly added Question.

13.Click on "Submit " Button.Newly Created Feedback will be available in Available feedback List
