Notice Center
To create new notice follow these steps:
1.Login as Institute Head/Branch Head/Teacher.
2.Click on Letter Icon
3.Select Tab Create Notice

Institute Head ,Branch Head,Teacher can create notice.

When Notice creator selects particular Recipient.
Only those Selected Recipents Can see Notice.
Branch related Notice is always visible to Branch ...

Notices shown in Branch Inbox are only those notices which are sent to Branch head,Teacher or Student.
Notice that are sent to Institute head are not...
